Buda Castle at night. The Castle dates from 1265. The current structure dates from the 14th century, and is a World Heritage site.
The second bridge connecting Buda and Pest, this French Neo-Baroque bridge dates from 1876. Destroyed in WW II, most of the original steel was raised from the river and incorporated in the restored bridge.
